Annette Oberdieck

Annette Oberdieck is the founder and managing partner of AO Consulting & Interim Management. She combines strategic and organizational consulting with operational management experience from her work with international financial services, e-commerce, travel, and technology companies.

Annette Oberdieck began working for French and German banks while earning her doctorate at the Institut d’Etudes Politques in Paris. She gained further consulting experience working on various strategic and operational projects in the management consulting firm A.T. Kearney’s Financial Institutions Group.

As head of call centers and Director European Operations Planning at Citigroup, she played a key role in shaping sales channel management and improving customer relationship management throughout Europe. At eBay she was responsible for managing European customer service, the trust and safety team, and the German buyer experience team.

Annette Oberdieck went into business for herself as a management consultant and interim manager in 2009. She possesses a wealth of expertise in change management and project execution, and owes her intercultural competence to 15 years of professional experience at US companies and equally long foreign assignments in France, Eastern Europe, Great Britain, and Scandinavia.
